1. License Tiers

Starter (Free): Use Zumodo App Vault to manage up to three (3) isolated apps indefinitely.

Pro ($29 USD – Introductory Launch Pricing): A one-time purchase providing a perpetual license and unlimited app slots. Includes twelve (12) months of updates from the date of purchase.

The Pro license is perpetual. After the 12‑month update window ends, you may continue using the last version you installed indefinitely.

Renewals: After 12 months, users retain access to the last version installed during their active update window. Future updates may require a renewal fee.

Licenses are for a single individual user on up to three (3) personal devices.

2. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We remain the seller of record and handle all product‑related support.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure the best experience for our customers.

• Eligibility: You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase.
• Effect of Refund:Refunds permanently revoke the license key and disable access to Pro‑only features. The user may continue using the Starter (Free) tier, and access to Pro-only features will be restricted.

4. Use Restrictions

The Software is provided for personal or professional use within the limits of the chosen tier. You may not: redistribute, resell, or share license keys; modify, decompile, or attempt to reverse engineer the binary; or utilize the software to bypass third-party site security in a manner that violates their respective terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Developer. This license grants no ownership over the underlying source code or trade secrets.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages, data loss, or hardware issues resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law

This agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
